Unsatisfactory Service Experience

Despite making at least 12 phone calls over a week and a half, Joshua received no response or callback, even after leaving a voice mail. He decided to visit the company's location on the beach to speak with them in person, but found that they were not open. The building they were supposed to be in, 104E, was locked and did not appear to be in service. Joshua questioned their business practices and suggested that if they are open, they have a poor system for handling customer inquiries.
