Edit: the manager Ashton called and was wonderful and offered me a refund and made it right. I’m really impressed when the way he handled it so I’m going to edit my review and stars. I would definitely give them a second chance in the future.
Worst outside vendors I’ve ever used for my business. The dispatch people don’t know the policies, the billing department is one guy who never returns calls or answers the phone, their service charges are outrageous and they will charge your card for no reason and refuse to give you a refund. Their customer service is terrible. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called Fuzion last minute for a port-a-pottie for our daughters wedding reception and the team in Fort Collins was awesome they told us when they could deliver the unit they were on time and very courteous it served us well for the evening and then the pick up was on time as well.
They were up front with the price and even worked with us on that end.
Our overall experience was awesome and we would use again in a heart beat.

Fuzion has been an absolute game-changer for my Legacy Living Advisors business. I’ve rented multiple dumpsters from them, and every single experience has been seamless. They’re incredibly easy to schedule with, the value is fantastic, and—my favorite part—they’re always on time. In a business where timing matters, their reliability is gold.
Highly recommend Fuzion to anyone who needs dependable, affordable, no-hassle dumpster rentals!

We were grateful for the attention to detail, communication and quality when working with Bryant at Fuzion. A big competition required numerous portable restrooms and roll off dumpsters and Bryant knew exactly how to help us. All were delivered in excellent condition and serviced when requested. Bryant was easy to communicate with, checked in and followed up afterwards. We hope to work with Fuzion for our events for years to come.

GO WITH FUZION FOR YOUR WASTE MANAGEMENT!
We have a horse ranch, so we go through a lot of grain bags, twine, and general ranch garbage. We are new to Northern Colorado and I called FIVE companies to get a 2 yard dumpster. Two companies now owned by huge conglomerates wanted huge deposits, and a signed contract saying if we cancelled within two years we would pay a $500 FINE for having them pick up the dumpster, and they were $20 more per month than Fuzion. Two other companies never returned emails, or answered questions, or returned phone calls. But, Fuzion was a breath of fresh air! (So to speak.) :-) They actually answered emails and phone calls promptly. They even actually answer their phones live. I had a dumpster on the way the very next day, and, gotta love this as a horsewoman, my new dumpster was pink. :-) Less expensive than other companies, they show up every other week on the correct day, their drivers are nice, so I can't say enough about Fuzion. Just do it!

Fuzion was quick to get us the dumpster we requested & placement was perfect on the driveway - left me room to get a car by into the garage & also just enough room to get the dumpster end opened w/o hitting the house.
They were also great to remind us of impending close of the time frame & notice of additional pricing if we needed to extend timeframe.

In all the settings, I deal with Fusion I’ve been very pleased with their service and representation. Not to mention their equipment is in tiptop shape, their drivers are courteous on the roads, and they had the cleanest public presentation in their industry while I enjoyed the Greeley stampede this summer! Would recommend anyone

Fuzion is by far the best company I have had for my residential trash. I’ve never had any issues with my service days or any issues with billing like I have had with a few other companies here in Greeley. Fuzion has outshined the last two companies I have used for trash service and has set the bar high. 10/10 recommend

Some Third party environmental companies can be difficult to work with over communication and hidden fees. The group at Fusion do a fantastic job at standing apart as industry leaders by cutting this out and having open honest conversation with no attempt at added time, hidden fees, or neglecting their duties to finish the job as strong as they start it. The owner and management team are personal and experienced. 10/10 would recommend for any jobs they can assist with. Thank you Ash and James for a great working experience and I look forward to all future project with you!

Bryant with Fuzion has been amazing to work with. He has gone out of his way many time to make sure my dumpster arrive when I need them. For example, I reached out on a Saturday for a dumpster on Monday. Though Saturday is not his typical working day, he made it happen. This is not an isolated event but he seems to pull through for me when I am in a crunch. I really enjoy working with Fuzion and I am grateful for our working relationship.

Everyone has been awesome during this time. When I needed to extend the time before pickup it was so easy. I received call backs or needed copies of invoices the same day. I have rented 2 dumpsters in total. The 2nd one is about 6' tall & I am 5'2". We got one with a gate/door because of the height difference. When the gate/door wouldn't open, they sent someone within 2 hours. I didn't get his name but he was fantastic and friendly.
